Warning: CareersFlow Recruit Scam
A shady group using the website http://careersflowrecruit.net/ or https://successrecruits.com/ or other similar sites is phishing, using fake job postings and emails to gather information about you and/or convince you to pay for services you do not need.
The names of the sender constantly changes; they steal them from actual HR people on LinkedIn.

This scam typically begins with an unsolicited email, saying that you look like a great fit for an executive position or other high paying job. The details are vague, but enticing. They have a website they will link you to with a job posting, which will sound legitimate, but does not specify the company name.
Once they have enticed you to send your resume, they will then let you know that you’re a good fit but the resume is not ‘ATS Friendly’ and that you need to go through another website (Resume ATS Pro as an example) to make it compatible.
At this point most people back out, but by then you’ve given them a resume which will have plenty of information about yourself.
